"Käzməs: How I Left OB-LOM" is a dystopian fairy tale set in a highly technological post-Soviet society operated by a citadel of order named Wardword. The story is narrated by Sashenka, a highly imaginative woman, whose mind is imprisoned by Wardword’s system. While Sasha is passing though Wardword’s multidimensional chambers of oblivion, she discovers that her strong will and power of thought throw a serious challenge to the totalitarian labyrinth she is trapped in.
Käzməs is Kristina’s longest and most complicated literary work; it took her more than 12 years to finish writing and translating it. The books was originally written in Russian.
